The following illustrates the project management role responsibilities provided by C3:
- Detailed task level work-plan showing estimated effort, start and end dates, and responsible staff
- Established issue, change and risk management processes and procedures
- Budget spreadsheets and project reporting that tracks expenditures against the plan and provides current and projected cost figures
- Weekly status reports that communicate accomplishments, planned activities issues and progress against budget
- Periodic meetings with the project sponsors to address any escalated issues
- Senior executive participation in key client review meetings
